【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesmethodsfortheextractionandclean-upoffoodsamplesofplantoriginforquantitativedeterminationofpesticideresidues.Differentsolventscanbeusedforthispurpose.Thesepesticideresiduesaregenerallyassociatedwithotherco-extractedcompoundswhichwouldinterfereintheanalysis.Topurifythecrudeextractstobeanalysed,severaltechniquescanbeused.Thisstandardcontainsthefollowingextractionandclean-upmethodsthathavebeensubjectedtointerlaboratorystudiesand/orareadoptedthroughoutEurope:?methodL:Extractionwithacetone,liquid-liquidpartitionwithdichloromethaneandclean-uponasilicagel/charcoalcolumn[1];?methodM:Extractionwithacetoneandliquid-liquidpartitionwithdichloromethane/lightpetroleum,ifnecessaryclean-uponFlorisil?1)[2],[3],[4];?methodN:Extractionwithacetone,liquid-liquidpartitionwithdichloromethaneorcyclohexane/ethylacetateandclean-upwithgelpermeationandsilicagelchromatography[5],[6];?methodP:Extractionwithethylacetate,andifnecessary,clean-upbygelpermeationchromatography[7].ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthedetailsofmethodsLtoPfortheextractionandtheclean-upoffoodsamplesofplantorigin.Severalsolventsatdifferentvolumesareusedforextraction.Techniquesofclean-uparelistedsuchasliquid-liquidpartition,liquidchromatographyonvariousadsorbentsandgelpermeationchromatography.Atableprovidingthecouples(matrix/pesticide)whichhavebeensubmittedtocollaborativestudiesandalistofindicativeapplicabilityofthemethodtodifferentpesticidesaregivenforeachmethod,whereverpossible.
