【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60870-5appliestotelecontrolequipmentandsystemswithcodedbitserialdatatransmissionformonitoringandcontrollinggeographicallywidespreadprocesses.Itdefinesatelecontrolcompanionstandardthatenablesinteroperabilityamongcompatibletelecontrolequipment.ThedefinedtelecontrolcompanionstandardutilizesstandardsoftheIEC60870-5seriesofdocuments.Thespecificationsofthisstandardpresentafunctionalprofileforbasictelecontroltasks.Furthercompanionstandards,basedontheIEC60870-5seriesareunderconsideration.ThisstandarddefinesASDUswithtimetagsCP24Time2awhichincludesthreeoctetsbinarytimefrommillisecondstominutes.Inadditiontothesespecifications,ASDUswithtimetagsCP56Time2a,whichincludessevenoctetsbinarytimefrommillisecondstoyears,aredefinedinthisstandard(see6.8ofIEC60870-5-4and7.2.6.18ofthisstandard).ASDUswithtimetagsCP56Time2aareusedwhenthecontrollingstationisnotabletoaddthetimefromhourstoyearsunambiguouslytothereceivedASDUswhicharetaggedfrommillisecondstominutes.Thismayhappenwhenusingnetworkswithuncertaintransmissiondelaysoriftemporaryfailureofanetworkoccurs.Althoughthiscompanionstandarddefinesthemostimportantuserfunctions,otherthantheactualcommunicationfunctions,itcannotguaranteecompletecompatibilityandinteroperabilitybetweenequipmentofdifferentvendors.Anadditionalmutualagreementisnormallyrequiredbetweenconcernedpartiesregardingthemethodsofuseofthedefinedcommunicationfunctions,takingintoaccounttheoperationoftheentiretelecontrolequipment.StandardsspecifiedinthisstandardarecompatiblewithstandardsdefinedinIEC60870-5-1toIEC60870-5-5(seeClause2).
