【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardspecifiesrequirementsforthedesign,constructionandperformanceofaluminiumalloywindowsintendedtobeinstalledvertically,includingmaterialsandglazing.Itisapplicabletothefollowingwindowtypes,whichcanbeinmulti-lightform:a)hinged-side-hung(openinorout),top-hung(openout),bottom-hung(openin),tiltandturn;b)projecting-side-hung(openoutorreversible)andtop-hung(openoutorreversible);c)pivoted-horizontaland-vertical(hungcentrallyoroff-centreincludingreversible);d)sliding-horizontaland-vertical(includingtiltingsashtovertical);e)fixedlights;f)louvred-adjustable.Itisalsoapplicabletowindowsthatareusedforreplacementpurposesandthosethathavethermallyimprovedframes.Itisnotapplicableto:1)windowsinwhichanyframememberislongerthan3m;2)fixedlouvres;3)secondarywindowsappliedtoconvertexistingsinglewindowsintodoubleorcoupledwindows;4)windowswithframesdesignedtobeglazedwithsecurityglazingconformingtoBSEN1063orBS5544;5)thethermalpropertiesofthermallyimprovedframes.NOTEAdvisorynotesonmaterialsandconstructionaregiveninAnnexA,anddetailsofoptionalfeaturestobeagreedbetweenthemanufacturerandthepurchaseraregiveninAnnexB.
